Learning outcomes clearly state what students ought to know, do, and value at the end of a course. Created by Benjamin Bloom and his colleagues in 1956, the model includes thinking at six levels, classifying it from basic to sophisticated levels: Remembering, Understanding, Applying, Analyzing, Evaluating, and Creating.
